Wake up to keep up all commitments
To get up from slumber to be virtuous
To give up desire and selfishness
To build up character and good will
To put up hard work with dedication
To live up clean and sweet life
To keep up charity and kindness
To cheer up differently talented
To end up gossip and hatred
To make up deficit and enjoy
To tie up religious harmony
To chew up pleasantries always
To eschew up violence for ever
To patch up ill feelings with others
To bridge up gap between generations
To shake up fear and timidity
To wind up irrelevant talks
To fill up void with happiness
To shut up horror of terrorism
To mix up with one and all

New year peeps in
Taking oaths to do
And not to do - happens

Think a while of
1st January  last year
Kept the oath or
Failed to keep

Neither mind nor bother
Nobody keeps in mind or bother
A routine followed despite not keeping
Enjoy this minute without oaths.

A soul full of one world-devoid of fanaticism
A body full of one world – internationalism
A nation full of one world-idealism
A world full of one world- free of terrorism

Let the first day of every year dawn with happiness
